Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are covered by the customer, and I recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure it arrives safely.

All of my pieces are handmade using solid sterling silver. As each item falls below the legal weight threshold for hallmarking under UK law (7.78 grams for silver), they are exempt from requiring an assay office hallmark.
